• Mouse: click a tower in the side menu, then click a spot near the track to place it. Click a placed tower to open its upgrade options.
• Touch / tap: on mobile, tap to select towers, drag or tap to place them and tap a tower to upgrade.
• Keyboard (PC): the desktop version supports keyboard shortcuts for faster play, which you can view and customize in the settings.

• Cover every bloon type. Some bloons ignore certain damage or cannot be seen by every tower, so build a mix rather than stacking one favorite.
• Use corners and bends. Towers placed where the path curves stay in range of bloons for longer.
• Invest in income early. Spending some early cash on economy-focused options can pay off greatly in later rounds.
• Commit to upgrade paths. Pushing a tower deep into one path usually beats spreading cash thinly across many weak upgrades.
• Pick a hero that fits your plan. Heroes have different strengths, so choose one that complements your main towers.
• Prepare for big blimps. Large armored bloons arrive later and need concentrated damage, so start building toward that before they show up.
• Learn from losses. Note the round where your defense broke and what got through; it tells you exactly what to add next time.
