Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026. FreeGamesLoop is operated from the United Kingdom and this policy explains what personal data we handle and why. 1. What we collect • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, URL requested, response status. Kept for 30 days for abuse monitoring. • Consent choices: your Yes/No answer to the cookie banner is stored in a first-party cookie and in localStorage. • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): only loaded after you consent. Google receives a cookie identifier and pseudonymised events. • Advertising (Google AdSense and H5 Games Ads): only loaded after you consent. Google receives advertising identifiers and interaction events. • Submitted content: if you use the Report, For developers or Contact forms, we keep what you send plus your email address until the matter is resolved. 2. Legal basis We rely on consent for analytics and advertising cookies (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We rely on legitimate interest for abuse logs (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). 3. How we handle consent A Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) is wired into the site. Your choice is signalled downstream using Google Consent Mode v2 so analytics and ads only run with the consent you granted. You can change your choice any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. 4. Who we share data with • Google (Analytics, AdSense, H5 Games Ads) — processors. • Cloudflare — CDN, logs retained per Cloudflare's policy. • Our hosting and storage providers (Postgres, Cloudflare R2) — processors. We do not sell personal data. 5. Children FreeGamesLoop is not directed at children under 13. See /parents/ for information for parents and guardians. 6. Your rights You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@freegamesloop.com. We reply within one month. 7. Changes We update this policy when the site changes materially. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
